Previously we have thrown an exception here which resulted in an Aborted, rather than a Stuck result

When a term's index is
None, the terms is stuck.Previously,
rewriteStepthrew an exception when a term's index wasNone, causing anRewriteAbortedresult to be returned byperformRewrite, leading toAbortedexecute response.
